Be the Parent you Envision

I’m Here to Help you Turn Surviving into Thriving!

Parenting is the most important job you’ll ever have and we are thrown in with very little training. We know how we were parented, how other people parent, and the often-contradicting opinions of experts. And then there’s that little voice deep inside that tells you there is another, maybe better, way. Let’s uncover that voice and empower the parent you strive to be. Let’s explore the stories, silent promises, past wounds, and what may be standing between you and your best parenting self. This is deep and meaningful work and I truly believe the biggest gift you can give your children and yourself.

What my clients are saying

Hetta, New Mother of one

“Jenny was such an integral support person during the first year of being a mother. I appreciated her holistic approach as she deeply cared for the well-being of my body, heart and mind. I felt seen and heard by Jenny as she reflected back to me what I was working through and processing as a new mother. She holds a safe container to express and share ALL of it, the beautiful, the hard and the heart-opening moments.”

Leanne, Mother of one

“We would not be the parents we are today without Jenny’s guidance, suggestions, and care. She is extremely knowledgeable but never assumes she knows your kiddo better than you do. As a coach and an expert she helped guide us to what was right for our family. We cannot sing her praises enough!!

Noah, Father of three

“Jenny is an incredible resource. Her approachable and down-to-earth energy paired with her tremendous knowledge and skills make her an amazing partner for problem solving challenging family dynamics. She’s compassionate and understanding and has such a keen ability to get to the core of what’s at play. I’ve come to Jenny with a number of parenting questions and she’s always able to help me and my family bridge gaps and steer the ship in a better direction. A few examples of things she’s helped us work through include executive functioning for our 9 year old daughter, some challenging social dynamics she was navigating at school and sibling conflict. It’s easy to think that ‘this is just the way things are,’ but it’s amazing how Jenny’s insight is able to find a way to more harmony and ease. I can’t understate how helpful she is. Anyone who gets to work with her is truly lucky.”
